This policy explains what information Business Automator ("we", "us") collects when a home service business ("Client") uses our quote follow-up service, and when a Client's customer ("Customer") receives or replies to a text message sent through it.

We use this information solely to operate the follow-up service: to send relevant SMS messages about a specific quote, answer questions about that quote, apply pricing the Client has authorized, and book a visit in the Client's Jobber account when agreed. We do not sell Customer or Client data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information is shared only with the service providers required to run this system: our hosting/database provider, Jobber (to read quotes and create jobs/visits), and the Client's own Twilio account (to send and receive text messages through the Client's own number). We do not route messages through any shared or third-party number, and we do not share Customer data with any Client other than the one the Customer received a quote from.
Conversation and quote data is retained for as long as the Client's account is active, plus a reasonable period after for support and record-keeping, unless deletion is requested sooner.
A Customer can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. A Client can request deletion of their data by contacting us at the email below.
